Art has always been present in my life in some form since childhood. By the age of fourteen, I was consciously moving toward and studying art. I primarily found the magic of creation in sculpture and eventually graduated as a sculptor from college. By that time, I had been practicing yoga for several years, developing myself independently. I experienced the same feeling in yoga as I did in creating art.

Like everyone, I have also faced challenging times in my life, including painful losses. The philosophy and teachings of yoga have always helped me navigate through various life situations. Perhaps this influence led me to pursue a profession where I could make people’s everyday lives easier. As an orthopedic technician, I created mobility aids and prosthetics. While it was different from sculpting, I still had the opportunity to create something new. I look back on this time with gratitude, as serving others helped me get to know myself even more deeply.

By then, yoga was no longer just a home practice for me—I trained as a yoga instructor and began teaching both adults and children. I could pass on the depth of yoga and the knowledge it offers, which helps make our lives more complete and consciously shapeable.

My husband and I started a family, and we have been blessed with two wonderful children. Through them, I can fulfill myself not only as a Woman but also as a Mother, both in life and on my journey of self-discovery. One of my most important missions in my yoga classes is to encourage women to consciously live and embrace their feminine energies, as they are an immense treasure.
